We are interested in buying well-built multifamily assets located in established submarkets in major MSAs anywhere east of the Mississippi (and Texas), with a predominant focus on Florida, New England and the greater Washington DC markets.
We like properties built in the late 1990’s or newer with some operational and/or renovation upside potential, preferably priced below replacement cost and with high single-digit cash on cash returns.
